Rear Blower wont shut off

I bought a 2001 Chevy Tahoe LT and drove it around with no unknown issues that the previous owner did not tell me about. I went to turn over the motor to go run errands and the back vents are blowing hot air while all the controls are in OFF position. It happened once before (a month ago) so I parked it for a couple days to google this issue. Went back out there to go to work and it was off but now I cant get them to shut off at all unless I turn off motor… Can someone please help me.. I cant deal with the heat at all..
