Truck has p0300 code runs bad won’t go over 30 mph ideals rough most times dash lights go crazy and when it stops the rear bed light and tow haul light indicator is on in dash but the buttons haven’t been pushed changed plug,wires,coils, battery check all fuse running great after 2500 rpms some days I’ll start it an it runs fine dashlights normal out an idles smooth runs down the road at 60 no problem lots of power. dash lights lightly pulse at ideal some times but battery reads 14.3 volts at ideal when not missing |

There are So many things that could be causing this. Do you happen to have access to a scan tool that can read codes, data and has bi directional controls? What really needs to be done is to check and record codes. Clear the codes and drive until the problem returns. Then recheck codes and see what has returned. Also, If you can see data we can look at the misfire counters to see which cylinders are being affected. Without a scan tool it will be challenging but there will be some things we can check. |
