My 2001 GMC Yukon rear temperature blend door actuator only blows cold.

I have replaced the actuator, the control board next to the blower motor and the input dial control board in the front ceiling of the vehicle. The actuator does do a full limit calibration and then stays on cold permanently. I checked the voltage of the black white data line and it only stays on 5v this always sending a signal to move to cold. I don’t know what to replace to fix this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are six different wiring configurations for that truck.

I need to know if you have auto or manual controls?

With or without a sunroof?

Does it have rear a/c only or does it have rear heat and a/c?

I have the 4w drive gmc yukon with no sunroof. It has automatic controls and it does have both heat and a/c in the front and the rear.

Chances are that the rear control module is faulty or has poor connections but testing is involved and you really need a scan tool to do it properly. What do you have to work with and what is your skill level?

My skill level is pretty good, with me I have a multimeter which I used to test the input voltages into the actuator. Since it was only sending a 5v signal I figured It was the control board. I don’t know what control module is faulty though. I replaced the one near the blower motor and I still had the same issues. Can you send me a link to the part you think maybe faulty so I know what your talking about as-well. Thanks for the help!

The rear control panel in the headliner above the first row of rear seats.
