Mode & Blend Doors actuators replaced

Just purchased this used LeSabre for my wife as work car.
A/C was blowing “only” on on floor and driver side vents, left and right didn’t blow as hard and were slightly warmer.
Replaced both actuators, mode (main prob) and blend (while I was at it). Fresh air/recirculate door seems to be working fine.
Now, mode works, blend door still fine. But driver side still not blowing as hard (75%) and still slightly warmer (less cool).
While under dash replacing mode actuator was turning the post the actuator mounts on by hand to check free movement of mechanism and noticed if I rotated circular disk the post is attached to in a clockwise direction I could get enough push to close/seal door correctly.
Starting car and vents did great. Then I cycled to defrost and back to normal or vent and same issue. Thinking maybe calibration would help. If not I have a faulty door mechanism that isn’t closing sealing completely.
I’ve read your calibration post for GM Trucks and SUV’s. Will that work for my 2002 Buick? Is a manual controls and single zone.
Thanks, Paul

The recalibration procedure would generally be the same with the exception of the fuse would be the HVAC BATT fuse in the rear fuse box (under the rear seat cushion).

As far as the vent temperature being less cool on the driver’s side, that can also be a symptom of a low refrigerant charge.
