Just replaced blower motor and blower motor control module. Blower not working so I checked power at the plug. Have 12 volts on the red wire and nothing at any other point of plug. Checked all the fuses and there all good. Checked the 30 and 10 amp fuses in fuse block on drivers side of dash with key on and have power. Any ideas?

You mentioned that you have power on the red wire but you also need  to make sure you have ground on the black wire. There is only power on the small purple wire when the harness connector  is connected to the blower speed controller. The a/c control panel toggles that signal to ground using a pulse width modulation signal.
