Assuming the engines and transmissions are the same it could be possible. It requires checking with Hollander or a similar source to see if they are physically interchangeable. They may also provide footnotes for issues you may encounter.  I would cross reference the wiring diagrams for differences. Also check to make sure connector ends match up.  If everything seems to line up always use the wiring harness that belongs to the vehicle the engine and transmission are being installed in.
