The abs light is on and their is no power to the btsi fuse |

The only thing electrical I can think of to check are the fuses and grounds. You might want to check and see if the gear selector indicator is working correctly. |

I put a scanner on it and it pulled a code po740 tcc circuit open and also the abs lights on and the gears on the dasg have a slow. Response |

It had an aftermarket alarm on I but I disconnected it and it started afterwards but now it won’t start at all |

The code would suggest that something is disconnected in the transmission area. I would check the harness connection to the transmission, the sub harness connector to the left of the transmission and the connectors near the underhood fuse box. |
