My A/C will only blow in thru defrost and rear seat vents no matter what setting its on. Fan speed and temp work fine. |

Most likely there is a problem with the mode actuator itself. I hope you know that 1999 is split production year the the parts are different between the “old” and “new” body styles. The old body style also has a link arm that connects the actuator to the door and it is common for it to break. |
