You will need to check and see if there is anything on the purple/white wire that is causing the voltage to be brought down. This can be done by either removing the wire from the connector or cutting it in a location that is easy enough to repair and then rechecking the voltage at the terminal at the blower speed controller (resistor) again (harness connected). If it is still low and the blower continues to turn then the blower speed controller is faulty. |
