I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT with heated seats ETC… So i have the climate control system in my truck. I have checked both blow door actuators and the mode door actuator and i believe they work flawlessly. The mode door actuator does move through all the modes but the air does not go towards the windshield. I have heard of multiple cases where the defrost wont turn off, does anyone know how i can get it to work? |

I would suspect that either some one has already replaced the mode actuator and has one of the door levers in the wrong slot in the gear cog or there may be a broken door. |
