Do you have any pressure readings? If so please list them along with engine rpm and ambient conditions.

If not then check the refrigerant lines going to the expansion valve. One should be warm (100F +) and the other cold (35F to 40F) after running for about ten minutes. If so, then you have a door/actuator issue and not a refrigerant concern. If not, then you will need to look for a damaged line or restriction in the refrigerant system.
