Cannot turn off heat, cabin temp selector not working

I cannot turn off the heat. The temp selector does turn, but does not change from heat. The blower fan selector and the AC, vent selector switch controls work. But the heat – cool selector does not.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be great.

Start by checking the HVAC 1 fuse in the interior fuse box. Make sure that it is both good and powered with the ignition on. If that is okay and everything else is working properly (a/c lines getting cold & heater hoses getting hot) the most likely cause of your problem would be a faulty actuator.
