Blower not workinf Mecrut Grand Marquis

Fan did not work, fuses good so far have replaced Blower Motor and The hard to get out Resistor (and hose that as in way) and replaced the ISO Full Relay for blower part 35938 at Advanced Auto)
Still fan will not blow air
Now what?

Start by checking to see if any of the fuses in the attached diagram are blown.

Fan did not work, fuses good

the Mecury Grand Marquis EATC (auto climate control) self test was 888 (all good)

Using a known good ground for your meter check for battery power on the pink/white wire at the blower motor with the ignition on and the blower set to high. If no power is present check for power at terminal 30 of the blower relay.

If power was present at the blower motor pink/white wire then attach your red meter lead to the battery positive terminal and check for ground at the orange/red wire at the blower motor.
