Air stops blowing out vents?

The air stops blowing out the vents and I can not control/select defrost, vent, floor. I reset the actuators and the system will operate normally, then after about thirty minutes, I can not control anything. I can increase the blower speed and you can hear the blower motor increase in speed. I have changed the automatic controller and all four actuators. I need help, please. All parts were bought from Rock auto.

From what I understand you can still hear the blower motor turning but there is no airflow from any location. If correct the evaporator core is icing over and air cannot flow through a solid block of ice. You should be able to confirm this by opening the hood while the condition is present and the engine is still running. Look for frost or ice on the larger a/c lines on the passenger side of the engine compartment. If it is present locate the a/c pressure switch (clutch cycling) on the aluminum tank near the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment. Disconnect the harness connector from the clutch cycling switch and watch the frost thaw. After about five to ten minutes the air flow should return. Most likely the a/c clutch cycling switch is stuck on and needs to be replaced. The following is a general picture of the accumulator tank.
