Air is blowing only through vents and won’t switch to defrost we already calibrated and changed the blend door actuator. What else could be the problem?

Motor size 5.3. We have changed the blend door actuator already and still doesn’t change to defrost

It may have just been a typing mistake but the actuator that will need to be replaced is the mode actuator above the gas pedal area. Could you provide the part number and location of the actuator that you have already replaced?
