I am assuming that you have auto controls. If so perform  the following.

Actuator Recalibration

Use the following steps to perform the calibration update:

    1. Turn OFF the ignition.
    2. Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse (Radio Batt) of the HVAC Control Module.

Important:  The module memory will not clear if the positive voltage circuit fuse is installed in less than 60 seconds.

  1. Wait 60 seconds.
  2. Install the fuse.
  3. Start the engine and allow to run for two minutes. Do Not Touch anything.
  4. Turn the ignition off for t least ten seconds but no longer than thirty seconds.
  5. Restart the engine and check actuator function.

If that does not work or if you have manual controls, check the HVAC 1 fuse in the interior fuse box. Make sure the fuse is both good and powered with the ignition on.

Also could you provide the part number of the replacement actuator that has been installed?
