2016 Buick Encore driver side blowing hot air. Drawing show 3 actuators. All 3 same part #. I changed them around still not working. Passenger side is good.

Try performing a system recalibration.

Alternate Method (without Scan Tool)

Note:  Do not operate any HVAC controls while the HVAC control module is calibrating as this may interrupt the process. If interrupted, improper HVAC performance will result.

  1. Ignition OFF/ Vehicle OFF.
  2. Remove the HVAC control module fuse (F12DA in the interior fuse box) for a minimum of 10 s.
  3. Install the HVAC control module fuse.
  4. Start the vehicle.
  5. Wait at least 40 s for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
  6. Turn the ignition off for at least 10 seconds but no more than 30 seconds.
  7. Restart the engine and check system operation.

I tried that no luck

Is there anything else beside actuators

Unfortunately there are many possibilities. I would start with a code and data check of the HVAC system . Possibly a refrigerant level check as well.
