2010 Silverado vents will not switch from dash

I have a 2010 Silverado LT Z71.
I can only get air to blow from the dash vents. The temperature will change from hot to cold, but the air will not move to defrost or the floor. I can hear a clicking sound on the driver side of the dash. I think it’s roughly about where the 4wd controls sit. Is there an actuator located somewhere close to that area? If so do you know the part number.

The mode actuator is the likely problem and it is located just above the gas pedal area. There are a couple of variables on the part numbers and quite frankly not a very clear cut listing. Seems there may differences between a 2 door and 4 door truck application. Also between auto and manual controls.
