2008 silverado single temp control no heat

My 2008 Silverado blows nothing but cold air. The recirculation actuator works and I replaced the actuator by the gas pedal and the difficult one under the dash but did not power them up until installed, as recommended. I do not have a HVAC/ECAS fuse but instead have pulled the #39 HVAC BATT, #48 AUX HVAC IGN, and #55 HVAC IGN fuses without any change. Both heater hoses are hot and temp shows 200. I set the heat selector slightly into the cold area, shut the vehicle off for 1+ minute, pull one or a combination of the above fuses for 1+minute, reinstall them for 1 minute, turn key to run for 15 but less than 30 seconds, turn the key off for 1 minute, restart vehicle, but it still just blows cold air. Am I missing something or is there a different recalib procedure, or ?????. Its too cold here in MN to even limp it to the dealer, so the truck sits until I figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you have a gas engine it should be fuse #39 HVAC BATT. The following is the procedure if an actuator is replaced. You can skip steps 2 & 3.

  1. Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Install the HVAC actuator.
  3. Connect all previously disconnected components.
  4. Remove the HVAC BATT fuse for a minimum of 30 seconds.
  5. Install the HVAC BATT fuse.
  6. Start the vehicle. Do Not Touch Anything. Hands in pockets.
  7. Wait 60 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
  8. Turn the ignition off for at least 10 seconds but no more than 30 seconds.
  9. Turn the ignition back on and check the system operation.

Thank you for the help sparky. I tried this approx 5 times, right down to the suggested seconds and it didnt change. The pickup is a 2008 ext cab 4dr, 5.3 auto 4wd. it is the single, not dual control panel. I watched and the actuator by the gas pedal does rotate with the defrost knob. The recirc buttons did work before this, but now the recirc button flashes several times and then stays solid on recirc. That actuator does not turn. The top actuator(heat/cool) the difficult one deep in the dash does not turn when turning the temp control knob. This is a new actuator. I currently cant get the numbers off of the actuator. Can you give me the part # this one should be and I will check it when I get home. Any other suggestions to try?
Thank you for all the help.

There are probably twenty different brands of product you could have used and all have different numbers. You don’t have the box or bag that they came in or the receipt from where you bought them?
