I had an issue with my passenger side ac turning hot randomly. I replaced the blend actuator and it fixed it for about a month. I have switched that actuator with the one from my driver side to see if the new actuator was faulty. No luck still blows hot when it wants. I had another ac module so I took out my original one and swapped it with my extra. Still no fix. I have done the actuator recalibration multiple times. After each part replacement. Any other ideas?

I would try wiggling the connector to the actuator to see if you can induce movement.  You will need to remove the dash face panel so  you can gain access to the wiring harness. You also need to try wiggling the harness immediately after a recalibration procedure.  There is a one to two minute window after the clearing of codes(part of the recalibration process) that the system will try to move then actuator before reaching a stall command and setting a code again.

Wiggling the harness should be a fairly gentle process. If you are too aggressive you will create a problem.

Disconnecting the harness connector at the passenger end of the dash and reconnecting them several times may also make a difference. The connectors are shown in the following article. I am not recommending that you jumper anything at this time to try and move the actuator. That procedure is for a different type of problem.
