Have trouble with my AC in my Yukon. I’ve replaced control module (twice) accuater had it put on machine , said accuater bad replaced still not working right. In order to get AC I have to put it on 60 and manual. If I put it on Auto blower ramps up in speed but no air comes out. If I put the temp above 60 I get pulsing AC and heat. 16 seconds of AC, 7 seconds of heat. Pushing the MODE button it will switch through all the different modes correctly. I’m at a loss, I’ve tried everything suggested , reset the module everyway that is listed. |

A few things that come to mind are the aspirator assembly (interior temperature sensor above driver’s head) or the wrong part number temperature door actuator has been installed. The correct ACDelco part number is 15-72971. The wrong position actuator. Lastly poor pin fit at the actuator terminals. |
