2004 chevy Impala…….My car is making a tapping noise under the dashboard. Sounds like its coming from the passenger side. Can you tell me what that may be? And does that have anything to do with my heat not working? |

Probably one or more HVAC actuators making that noise. Most of the time it will be one on the passenger side of the dash. removing the glove box allows you to place your hand on the actuators so that you can feel which one it is.
