terrible hard starting, kicking back and took out the starter drive, once it starts it runs fine, tried a new cam sensor cause it had a P1345 code, no luck. what do you think? still have the P1345 code, it started fine with old sensor but when it was warm its was hard starting, long cranking.

Chances are that the gear at the bottom of the distributor is worn and the cam retard reading in scan data is not at 0 degrees. It is likely reading somewhere between 15 and 45 degrees. There are several ways to overcome this but a scan tool is needed to see what the cam retard reading is.
