When the vechile is not moving no air is coming out of vents. Once the vechile is moving air comes out but very little. Same way for heat or ac. |

The blower is not working as I described in my reply to your YouTube comment. I would need to know more about your vehicle and your ability to test components to assist further. Auto or manual controls?

Auto. I think it might be the resistor. I swapped out blower motor and it still didn’t work. |
