checked continuity of fuses in the fuse box in the end of the dash, tested good. grounded test light and checked female plug ends with negative results. original problem was the blower not working at all. replaced resistor, hooked blower motor directly to battery and it spun great. did continuity test of 5 speed switch and only #4 had continuity. then found no power at the plug. what next ? Thanks !

You need to do a voltage test of the 30 amp HTR A/C fuse in the interior fuse box with the ignition on. If you have no voltage then you should suspect a faulty ignition switch and do the appropriate tests.
